Setup is our consultants' work: configuring your company, importing your data (items, customers, opening balances), training your team and supporting your go-live. Setup is paid in three parts: 50% on signing, 30% at go-live, 20% 30 days after go-live.

Which plan do I need?
Starter is for 1 to 3 users without add-ons. Business covers 4 to 50 users and every add-on. More than 50 users or several branches: Enterprise, by proposal. The builder picks the plan for you.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT 15%; the builder shows the VAT separately.
Can I try it first?
Free trial: 14 days with sample data, no payment needed.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Add users or add-ons when you need them; OLY adjusts your plan and your next invoice.
Tax invoices
For official tax invoices under the Ministry of Revenue's e-invoicing rules, keep using your current approved invoicing machine or system for now; OLY ERP runs your stock, accounts, production and payroll. Ask us about the latest status.
