Who we are
OLY ERP is provided by OLY Technologies, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (info@oly.et, +251 913 304 546).
What we collect
- From our forms and chat: your name, company, phone, email, what you tell us about your business, and the page you came from.
- From client systems: the data you and your staff enter. You own and control it.
- Technical: basic server logs (time, page, IP address) to keep the service secure.
Why
To answer you, give demos and trials, prepare quotations and invoices, provide and support the service, and keep it secure. We email you about your request and your subscription. Marketing messages only if you agree, with an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
OLY staff who need it. Our AI assistant helps answer chat and draft replies; a person at OLY approves anything about prices or contracts. We never sell your data or share it for others' marketing.
Where it is kept
On OLY's servers in a professional data centre in the European Union, with encrypted backups at a second location. Clients who must keep data in Ethiopia can ask for a dedicated local server (Enterprise).
How long
Requests and conversations: 2 years after the last contact. Client records and invoices: as long as Ethiopian tax law requires. Client system data: while the subscription runs, then 30 days for you to export it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing: write to info@oly.et. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
Only what the site needs to work. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and our visitor counts use no cookies and no IP addresses.
